Agricultural awareness among youth is most often measured via a traditional pre-post test of knowledge. Two options are available for agricultural awareness using using scan forms.
Option 1
This option features three “Science of Agriculture” forms with differing response categories (Y/N, T/F, multiple choice). Each form has nine standard questions, nine optional questions via pull-down menus, and blank space to add questions customized for your program. A toggle can be used to blank out unused questions on the back side.

Option 2
This option features two sets of generic test of knowledge in which you develop all of the questions. One set of forms uses true-false questions. These may be more appropriate for elementary school-aged youth. The other set of forms uses multiple choice questions. These may be more appropriate for middle school and high school-aged youth. Both sets allow you to enter your own event title, questions, and possible responses (for multiple choice). Both sets allow for a variable number of questions – with a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20). A toggle can be used to blank out unused questions on the back side.
