In this installment, we talk with Scott Cummings again. Scott is the associate department head of the AgriLife Extension Organizational Development unit. Today we discuss how to make sense of the data you’ve collected.

After you have collected data, it is important to review your data and analyze it to help you understand your program and how to accurately tell your programs story. Scott talks about many resources that can help you analyze your data, such as using Excel or Qualtrics, and how important it is to analyze your data based on the questions you are trying to answer or the requirements of your program. Also, Scott mentions using percentage calculators to calculate differences in percentage differences, and how to deal with outliers in your data set.
