Each of these can be reached by going to the AgriLife Communications page.

1. Under Logos & Branding\Extension Service scroll to the Downloads section header.
2. Click the Extension Agent reporting templates for download option.
3. Choose to save the file and select the location you want to save to.
4. The file is a .zip file.  You will need to extract the file before using.  Go to your operating system’s Help to get the most current instructions.
5. Once the file is extracted just open the appropriate Word document to begin your document.
