August 17, 2011TExAS Version 3.0 will be released in mid-September. This version of TExAS will incorporate several changes while keeping the workflow very similar to past versions. We hope this will minimize any learning curve.
Below are some items you can look forward to seeing in this version.
Changes in TExAS Version 3
- All new modern look while maintaining a very similar workflow.
- Expanded ‘tab’ options for navigating in the system.
- No Individual Development Plans – All individual development plans will now be done outside the system and will be a function between the employee and supervisor.
- No Resource Acquisition/Management Tasks – Important aspects of the Resource Acquisition and Management tasks have been incorporated in other types of reports.
- Dashboard graphs on Home page to show you how your county/unit, and the State is performing.
- A consistent format for all retrievals with real-time data.
- Performs across multiple Internet browsers.
- Logon using the credentials used for your Exchange account.
- Expanded Help and Contact information.
