The customer satisfaction index is a state-mandated performance measure for our agency. The index is an aggregation of participant satisfaction on these 6 elements of an extension program activity:
How satisfied are you with the following elements of the activity?
- Accuracy of information
- Information being easy to understand
- Timeliness of information (received in time to be useful)
- Helpfulness of the information in decisions about your own situation
- Relevance of the examples used
- Instructor’s knowledge level of subject matter
(1=Not at all, 2=Slightly, 3=Somewhat, 4=Mostly, 5=Completely)
