The Program Excellence Academy is a unique opportunity for County Extension Agents to receive in-depth and hands on instruction in the Program Excellence Model. This course is divided into two sessions, each consisting of four and one-half days of intense workshop style delivery methods. In addition, participants complete pre and post session assignments and threaded online discussions. Opportunities to learn from cohort members, as well as experienced Agents and Specialists in a blend of face-to-face and online settings makes this a unique opportunity. Agents who are pursuing an advanced degree are also given the opportunity to request approval for this course to count for up to six hours of graduate credit.
