Adding New Plans in Current Version of TExAS Turned Off

**NEW PLANNING FUNCTION TURNED OFF**

 All new planning functions in the current version of TExAS have been turned off. Entry of 2012 plans will occur in the NEW version of TExAS when available after September 15th.  Existing plans can still be edited.
